High Pressure Wire Braided hydraulic hose

I. Product Structure:

The steel wire braided hose consists of an inner layer of liquid-resistant synthetic rubber, a middle layer, one, two, or three layers of steel wire braided reinforcement, and an outer layer of synthetic rubber with excellent weather resistance.

II. Product Applications:

Steel wire reinforced hydraulic rubber hoses are mainly used in hydraulic supports for mines and oilfield operations. They are also suitable for engineering construction, hoisting and transportation, metallurgical forging, mining equipment, shipbuilding, injection molding machinery, agricultural machinery, various machine tools, and the conveying of petroleum-based liquids (such as mineral oil, soluble oil, hydraulic oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil), water-based liquids (such as emulsions, oil-water emulsions, water), gases, and other liquids with certain pressure and temperature in the hydraulic systems of various industrial sectors. Note: Our steel wire braided hoses are designed and manufactured according to GB/T3683-2011 standard, and can also be manufactured according to ISO/DIS1436-1985, DIN20022, and SAE100RIAT and SAE100R2AT standards. This standard is not suitable for castor oil-based and grease-based liquids.

III. Working Temperature:

Oils: -40℃ to +100℃; Air: -30℃ to +50℃; Water emulsions: below +80℃. For temperatures exceeding these ranges, please use a dedicated Wąż wysokotemperaturowy.

IV. Product Features:

1. The hose is made of a special synthetic rubber compound, possessing excellent oil resistance, heat resistance, and aging resistance.

2. The hose has high pressure resistance and excellent pulse performance.

3. The hose body is tightly bonded, flexible in use, and has minimal deformation under pressure.

4. The hose has excellent bending resistance and fatigue resistance.

5. The standard length of steel wire spiral hydraulic hose is 20 meters, but we can also produce lengths of tens or even hundreds of meters, as well as custom lengths of various sizes.
