I. Product Structure:<\/h2>\n

The steel wire spiral hose consists of a liquid-resistant inner synthetic rubber layer, a middle rubber layer, four layers of steel wire braided reinforcement, and a weather-resistant outer synthetic rubber layer.<\/p>\n

II. Product Applications:<\/h2>\n

Steel wire reinforced hydraulic rubber hoses are mainly used in hydraulic supports for mines and oilfield extraction. They are suitable for conveying petroleum-based liquids (such as mineral oil, soluble oil, hydraulic oil, fuel oil, lubricating oil), water-based liquids (such as emulsions, oil-water emulsions, and water), gases, and other liquids with certain pressure and temperature in engineering construction, hoisting and transportation, metallurgical forging, mining equipment, ships, injection molding machinery, agricultural machinery, various machine tools, and mechanized and automated hydraulic systems in various industrial sectors.<\/p>\n

Note: Our steel wire braided hoses are designed and manufactured according to GB\/T3683-2011 standard, and can be manufactured according to ISO\/DIS1436-1985, DIN20022, and SAE100RIAT and SAE100R2AT standard hoses upon request. This standard is not suitable for castor oil-based and grease-based liquids.<\/p>\n

Oils: -40\u2103 to +100\u2103; Air: -30\u2103 to +50\u2103; Water emulsions: below +80\u2103. For temperatures exceeding these ranges, please use a dedicated\u00a0W\u0105\u017c wysokotemperaturowy<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n

IV. Product Features:<\/h2>\n

1. The hose is made of a special synthetic rubber compound, possessing excellent oil resistance, heat resistance, and aging resistance.<\/p>\n

2. The hose has high pressure resistance and superior pulse performance.<\/p>\n

3. The hose body is tightly bonded, flexible in use, and exhibits minimal deformation under pressure.<\/p>\n

4. The hose has excellent bending resistance and fatigue resistance.<\/p>\n

5. The standard length of steel wire spiral hydraulic hose is 20 meters, but we can also produce lengths of tens or even hundreds of meters, as well as custom lengths of various sizes.<\/p>\n

Assembly Length and Assembly Angle Representation Method<\/strong>With the hose assembly on a straight line, take the vertical direction of the distal connector as a reference, and measure the angle \u03b1 between the other connector and the vertical connector clockwise.
